NeTraverse Win4Lin Terminal Server Trouble Shooting Guide
This guide is to help you identify the cause of any problems
you have using NeTraverse Win4Lin Terminal Server, and hopefully solve them yourselves.

Reporting problems
When reporting problems,
along with a description of the problem (please be as detailed as possible),
please supply detailed configuration information along with the
problem report.
This detailed configuration info is gathered by the command
/opt/win4lin/bin/support.sh.
To use this command you must be in the home directory of the
user, and have "root" or "super-user" permissions.
To save the configuration info into the file "/tmp/configinfo"
for example, at a shell prompt type these commands:
- cd
- su
- /opt/win4lin/bin/support.sh > /tmp/configinfo
