one or more characters of the part of the node to match and
end with single asterisk (*).
The following are VALID Node Name patterns:

- Parameters:
pattern - The String to which Node names will be matched.
Cannot be specified as null. Wildcard can appear only
at the end of the pattern. If specified as null, 0
length, non ASCII String, or wildcard not at end of
pattern, the runtime
exception APIArgumentException
will be thrown.
