Use this constructor to create a new FileNamePattern

A valid pattern is a non-null String that begins with a one or more characters of the part of the file name to match.

The following are VALID File Name patterns:

Parameters:
pattern - The String to which File names will be matched. Cannot be specified as null. Wildcard can appear only at the beginning of the pattern. If specified as null, 0 length, non ASCII String, or wildcard not at beginning of pattern, or multiple wildcards in the pattern, the runtime exception APIArgumentException will be thrown.
Throws:
APIArgumentException - if pattern is null or invalid.
