Constructor Detail

DUID

public DUID(String deviceId)

Use this constructor to create a new DUID device identifier.
Please refer to RFC 3315 for more information about DUID.

This method will throw an APIArgumentException if the specified DUID String identifier is invalid or is specified as null.

Parameters:

deviceId - The string containing the DUID identifer. This value is required and cannot be specified as null. If it is specified as null the runtime exception APIArgumentException will be thrown.
