DESCRIPTION

This function initializes the annotation stack. It must be called before any other annotation stack functions.

RETURNS

ECS_SUCCESS

Succeeded.

ANNO_ALREADY_DONE

Annotation stack has already been initialized.

ESOK_NOT_INITIALISED

ESOK_stackInit hasn't been called yet.
