Packing values for Annotation Responses

The EV_parseFormattedValue() function is used to pack values into an EV_AttrValue. 
int32 EV_parseFormattedValue(
		const char   *responseString,
		EV_AttrValue **responseList
		)

The arguments to this API are:

  • responseString a pointer to the values to place into the EV_AttrValue.
  • responseList the address of a pointer to the EV_AttrValue.
