The EV_extractElement() function is used to extract a value from
the list of values contained in EV_AttrValue.

The arguments to this API are:
- requestList points to the EV_AttrValue.
- index indicates the value from the list to extract. The first
value would have an index of 1.
- type indicates the type of the extracted value.
- size indicates the size of the value in bytes. Data of EV_LIST
and EV_TUPLE contains EV_AttrValue pointers and has a size of 0.
- **elementData is the address of a pointer to the extracted data value.
