	  paletten name is adopted as a colour name.
	- Process colour/palette colour copying, now the name of a 
	  palette colour can be adopted for a process colour.
	- When creating a spot colour one always switched back to the  
	  process colour cyan (internal copy error).
	- When a colour slider is moved over to far right, the colour 
	  value now also reaches 100%.
	- The name of a process colour can now be adopted as a colour name.

	- If the colour of e.g. a raster area frame was changed then 
	  only that was redrawn, even if other frames used it.
	  
	Explanation of terms: Spot and process colours:
	
	Spot colours are document colours that have been assigned one 
	process colour at one given intensity.
	
	Process colours are layer colours; there are four fixed process 
	colours (cyan, yellow, magenta and black) and any desired number 
	of free process colours that can be created. Only the free 
	process colours can be altered in their appearance.
	
	- If the colour of a process colour was changed, not all other 
	  spot colours that are derived from this process colour were 
	  updated.
	- If a process colour was deleted and replaced by another, not all 
	  other process colours that used the same process colour were 
	  updated.
	- When deleting a process colour in use the newly selected process 
	  colour was not adopted.

	  Text Style dialog with a free colour.

	- The automatic name assignment with free colours now works 
	  correctlty again.
	  
	  Warning: Free colours are always RGB, there are just various 
	           display formats (e.g. RGB or CMYK). Therefore the 
	           K portion of a free CMYK colour is always computed 
	           into the CMY portion and so also in the name.
