The Interbase backend was developed at NCSA by Barbara Mihalas and Jason Ng.

The code is in the ./backends/interbase directory as interbase.tar.

In it, the only file that is interbase-related is sy2ibproc.e.
You need to run this through the Interbase preprocessor 
to get the corresponding .c file.
