On the desolate surface of a remote planet in Cyberspace where
temperatures can range from near boiling to subfreezing blossoms a
unique form of flora. Along with the ability to adapt to harsh living
conditions, these indigenous plant-like organisms have evolved an
uncanny ability to resonate strange timbres and tones. The sounds are
both primal and rhythmic and their morphology is bulbous and
gourd-like. They are CyberGourds.
CyberGourds is a 3D drum machine meets multi-channel
mixer. By clicking on the various parts of these organisms, rhythmic
sounds and patterns can be mixed and matched to produce a synchronized,
primal, percussive experience.
