Open How Do I from the Toolchest (of course). Choose Help > How Do I.

When in doubt, check Help menus or buttons.

Virtually every tool or application that comes with your system has a Help menu and/or Help button (sometimes more than one). Many Help systems have "How to" instructions as well as reference-style documentation or context-sensitive Help that explains parts of the interface of the application you are using.
